Hundreds of Classical Products Serve Thousands of Households
Gutex Visited US Market in April 2019

  In order to gain some insights into the current US market, to get to know the status of our existing customers and get familiar with new customers, and also to promote our latest fabrics and trims, Guangzhou Gutex Holdings Limited, T&L Fashion Branch paid a visit to US in early April, 2019.

  Our first station was to visit Kellwood and Torrid in Los Angeles, which was our first priority of this journey. These two are our most important clients, we've been working together for nearly 10 years, and still counting. Our customers showed us great hospitality, we visited their office, warehouse and showrooms. We had profound discussions with their managements, sales, designers and merchandisers. They introduced us the new trends, their status, and we also discussed about questions we encountered with during sample development and productions. 

  In Boston, we visited a new customer DAI, who is an ecommerce company with a multitude of brands. They showed us their warehouse, procedures of ecom sales. After that, we got a much better knowing about their company, the way they're working, and we also discussed our further cooperation.

  Besides of visiting customers, we also made a research in various types of stores, such as Target, Kohl's, JCP, Ross, T.J.Maxx, Active etc, where our apparels are being sold. We compared our price, styles and workmanship with other similar brands, and studied the new trends of US market.
The US apparel market in 2019 is tough and with fierce competition. Innovation and integration is still a main topic for apparel companies, including new lines, fancy styles, sharp price and new methods to sell. We must keep up-to-date with the latest trends, stay close into the market. Then and only then, can we maintain and even improve our competitiveness, which help us survive and grow.
